Allan Alexander, MCIAT is a Chartered Practice providing a range of bespoke architectural services across a variety of sectors since 2006.

The Practice is based close to the Scottish Border and undertakes projects in southern Scotland and northern England.  However, the Practice has also worked on schemes through out the UK.

The Practice is led by Allan Alexander a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 30-years’ experience in the architectural field. The Practice operates on the basis of sound design led solutions for each individual client, backed up with strong technical expertise of Building Standards Regulations.  2D computer aided design is used to prepare feasibility proposals through to detailed design drawings. This is enhanced with 3D design software where necessary.

Through our experience and expertise the Practice has gained a reputation for delivering successful and imaginative solutions to fulfil client aspirations.  No project is too small, our office encompasses projects that are wide ranging in scale. The design approach is always to consider our client’s requirements first and foremost. This is applied to all our projects, whether it is an extension to a home or to large scale commercial and residential developments.
