




How it Works
For larger or more complex projects we can also assist with contractor tendering, contract administration, and site inspections through to completion. Just ask, we can tailor our involvement to suit your project.

1. Get in Touch
Give us a call or send an email. We're happy to have an initial chat about what you have in mind. For most projects, we'll arrange a visit to your home or site so we can properly understand what you're hoping to achieve and flag anything that might affect the design early on.

2. Fee Quotation
After our initial meeting, you'll receive a written quotation setting out what is included and the likely cost. We will also flag any additional fees you should be aware of, such as local authority application fees or structural engineer costs, so there are no surprises.

3. Survey
Once you're happy to proceed, we arrange a measured survey of the property at a time that suits you. This gives us the accurate information needed to start drawing up your proposals.

4. Design
We draw up existing plans and develop these into proposed designs based on your brief. We'll discuss the options with you and refine the design until you're happy. Once agreed, we prepare and submit your Planning application andthe detailed drawings required for Building Warrant / Building Regulations approval, coordinating with structural engineers and other consultants as necessary.

5. Approval & Next Steps
We liaise with the local authority on your behalf and keep you updated through the approval process. Once Planning and Building Warrant/
Regulations consent is granted, we can advise on next steps, whether that is helping
you find a contractor, answering technical queries during the build, or providing any
further drawings needed on site.
